Therapeutic exercise, or exercise routines at home on your own time, are an integral piece of MK Physical Therapy & Wellness.


While manual therapy techniques offer a window of opportunity with improved pain and range of motion, it is ultimately therapeutic exercise which allows you to regain strength, speed healing time and resolve harmful compensations you may have developed over time.

Movement is ultimately the best medicine for the majority of the ailments seen at our clinic. Most therapeutic exercises and components of a home exercise program can be performed outside of a clinical setting using body weight and very simple, inexpensive forms of resistance.
